Karma means destiny; A concept of karma (along with samsara and moksha) may originate in the shramana tradition of which Buddhism and Jainism are continuations. Karma in Action: submergence of the Punishers
Beyond the comics book concept, in a world linked more or less by different spiritual forces interacting depending on laws and levels drawn in a way to keep a general balance in the universe, causing the universal principle of cause and effect, action, and reaction leading to what is known as Karma...God as a supreme being plays some kind of role, for example, as the dispenser of the 'fruits' of karma. The case of Luka Rocco Magnotta
Its a delicate case, but if you put it in a global context, he may be acting under influence of invisible forces, making him doing all those atrocities to chinaman, sure Chinese are evil, but that not the way to deal with them, a global approach is advised, he made a lot of points though, but it seems that he was under strange influence, hosting a spirit that not necessarily evil, not good though a sever demon of punishment with no mercy and he was just like irresponsible for his actions, schizophrenia or different mental disorders may be considered in association with demonic possessions that not necessarily evil. If we put it in Quebec perspective, they are corrupted and sinned grave executing thick stupid people orders, and they know it.
As in the Punisher comics, with the slight difference in the sense of that those Punishers can be from any part of the world, any appearance, sharing the common point of been chosen by God to enforce Justice. Those holly enlightened individuals often are Gods warriors into establishing the divine justice in the world, and may not get a reward while doing Gods work, but Gods wisdom will not let them unrewarded in a chosen divine way for accomplishing such holly duties.

Implications on the International scene

I'm not sure what all this is about, but one thing is sure; the recent anti Islamization protests in Germany, all over Europe, along with the "so called" Terrorists attack where the perpetrators can be anybody and represent anything, everybody can grow a beard and shout "Allah akbar" all these events along with the confusion submerging Nit-An-Yahoo, in its recent speeches -which again, represent more a PIMP or a drug dealer trying to sell its hoes or dope, fearing, getting paranoid and hating on cops (Iran), than a president of the pseudo nation of Israel-, and the American volatile and perturbed actions even hysterical in the international scene, All these elements, in my point of view can be translated into a little sentence: "Never Again", this is not about 911 attacks but the so called Holocaust, Zionists are aware of what a total awakening of the planet of their real evil nature, and the development of a doctrine of "Punishment" which I'am as Lee Puniisher one of its advocate, for all the crimes against humanity committed by Jews under the Zionist regime and this is from the "Hell storm" unleashed to punish German civilians either by the British, Americans or the red Army, all granting Jewish wish of counterattack Nazi Germany and German civilians as "collateral damages", I doubt the term fit in that period of time, but I use it anyway, to modern history of millions of civilian casualties worldwide passing by the establishment of the state of Israel around 1967. 
I doubt there will be a Holocaust 2.0 in the traditional sense of the term, since, Jews are not the target but Zionism, and it is so expanded and complex to be limited to a religious belief or certain appearance, Zionism take strength from all backgrounds, religious beliefs, nationalities and colors, its that state of mind of worship of the material, corruption of the soul by all the deviations and perversion submerging humanity today, making it an easy prey for Devil, and the ownership of the soul by this evil entity, start forming a whole army of corrupted souls on the planet, representing the demographic base of Zionism and its moral decay that reflect the weight and the potentiality of the mind control and brainwashing the masses are subject to, creating a devoted Army for Satan (using a denomination for concordance with people's mentality) purposes.
So, to sum it all, Satan is fighting back an eventual humanity total awakening and rejection of its lifestyle, same-sex marriage for instance.
